How do I order a service?

How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually based on its scope, complexity, and timeline — so you only pay for what you need. Quotes for clients in Pakistan are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); international clients can request quotes in USD, GBP, or EUR. Visit our Pricing page to see how our quoting works. There are never hidden charges.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the service and project size. As a guide: branding and design projects typically take 1–3 weeks, websites take 2–6 weeks, and video edits take 3–7 working days. You’ll always receive a clear timeline in your written quote before we start.
How do payments work?
Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. We typically work with milestone-based payments — an advance to start the project and the balance on delivery. We accept bank transfers and other common payment methods; details are confirmed during the quoting stage.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. While we’re based in Pakistan with an office in the United Kingdom, we serve clients around the world. We communicate in English and Urdu, operate in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5), and schedule meetings at times that suit your timezone.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Every project includes structured revision rounds so the final result meets your expectations. If you need changes after the project is complete, we offer after-delivery support and can quote for additional updates separately.
